I am late posting this but our tire blew and we were in desperate need of a tire. Kim and Brooke came out, they did an amazing job and was super helpful. Also very sweet and kind the pricing was not bad at all. If ever need this service again will definitely call them again.

She was ready waiting for me and immediately got me going, got me the best tire she had for me and was friendly and professional the entire time. Great service was done in and out in like 20 minutes on a tire replacement mount and balance. Thanks again! Edit: Tire she gave me had dry rot, was willing to replace it the next day, which I appreciate, but if that tire had popped from the dry rot I would have been in some trouble.

I was staging for work in Savannah taking mental health crisis calls when I was on my way to a dispatch and ran over a bungee hook and had to pull over to the nearest service station outside of Richmond Hill. It was ten o'clock at night and I had an important appointment back in Dublin the next morning and had to try and figure something out quickly. The first place I called in Richmond Hill didn't have my tire size. The second place I called didn't answer. I called Tires Galore and spoke with Ms. Kim and they were on it! In the time that it took my coworker to pick me up and us to go out and respond to the dispatch and return, the tire was replaced. The replaced tire looked just as good as the new tires I put on the car two months prior. I was beyond impressed with Tires Galore. They were prompt and they delivered the most stress free roadside service I had ever experienced. Thank you Ms. Kim! Before and After pictures below.

Kim was amazing and such a nice person! Tires were more extensively damaged than I thought and they did everything they could on the spot! They came to my driveway, as the car is a project and doesn't run currently. They did an amazing job for the condition of the car and had extremely fair prices! 10/10!
